Il prossimo 7 gennaio 2024 alla cerimonia dei Golden Globes parteciperà anche l’Italia con “Io Capitano” il film di Matteo Garrone, candidato nella categoria “miglior film non in inglese”.

“Io Capitano” di Matteo Garrone candidato ai Golden Globes

L’81esima edizione dei Golden Globes si svolgerà il prossimo 7 gennaio 2024 al Beverly Hills Hotel a Los Angeles. Ma sulla rassegna aleggia molta curiosità: infatti, è la prima edizione dallo scioglimento della Hollywood Foreign Press Association, l’associazione dei rappresentanti della stampa straniera a Hollywood, travolta dagli scandali.

Oltre alle due nuove categorie (miglior risultato al box office e miglior spettacolo di stand-up), il nostro Paese può gioire per la presenza di “Io Capitano” di Matteo Garrone e candidato ai Golden Globes. Non solo, la pellicola è già vincitrice del Leone d’Argento al Festival di Venezia, mentre Garrone stesso ha vinto il premio speciale per la regia, oltre al premio Mastroianni come miglior attore esordiente per Seydou Sarr.
